We get plenty of queries about our Model Kits, here's some of the most common to help you make the right purchase!

Q - My kit is missing a part, can you send the missing part?

A - We are only human, and sometimes parts go missing on the packing table, get in touch via the contact us page and we will get any missing parts sent straight out to you!

Q - Its all gone wrong and I've broken a part, can I get a new spare part?

A - Within reason we will replace any broken parts free of charge, if you have damaged a large number of parts during construction we can provide a cost to replace the parts rather than buy a new kit. Get in touch via the contact us page.

Q - Do you ship to Ireland/ Europe

A - We are happy to ship worldwide! If you are having trouble purchasing then get in touch and we will sort any issues, your country may need adding to a shipping list. Unfortunately items shipped from the UK will face customs charges when they reach their international destination, please bear this in mind when purchasing. 

Q - Do the models come painted?

The model kits do not come painted. They require assembly and painting.

Q- Can I get the model built if I pay extra?

A - Unfortunately we are so busy making the actual kits that there is no time left in the day to build finished models for customers.

Q - Do you supply glue and paint?

A - The strict postage requirements mean we can't ship liquids and solvents like glue and paint. Every instruction manual outlines what glue and paint are most suitable though and where to buy them!

Q - What glue do you use?

A - Each instruction manual will provide an example of the best glue to use however our favoured choice is Gorilla Super Glue or Deluxe Materials Plastic Magic.

Q - What are the kits made from?

A - Our kits are constructed from Laser Cut acrylic plastic, they may also feature resin cast or 3D printed parts alongside real rubber tyres.

Q - Where are your kits made?

A - Every kit is made by hand in Lancashire, England 

Q - Can you make 'insert model here' for me?

A - We are always interested to hear what models people want to see. While we can't promise it will get built send in your requests via the contact page or contact us on social media.
